Every year, in early summer, we publish a physical edition of China Books Review, collecting 25-30 articles focused on books published in the previous calendar year. We call this our “yearbook.” It features our original illustrations as well as a selection of our best reviews, essays, excerpts, profiles and columns, freshly laid out for print. It’s a great way to catch up if you missed anything from the previous year, or to read us outside the digital world.

To get your hands on the current and future yearbooks, donate to support our work and receive a copy automatically in the mail! To request back issues, email info@chinabooksreview.com (copies limited, donation requested).

All one-time gifts of $50+ qualify to receive a complimentary issue of our current yearbook, a printed magazine collecting our best articles and art from last year, automatically delivered if you include your mailing address below.

All recurring gifts (monthly/$10 or annual/$100) qualify to receive all future issues of the yearbook, printed every summer, for as long as your recurring gift is still active, provided that you include your mailing address below.

Please select your donation option in the form below (it takes a second to load).

NB: For any questions, or to cancel a recurring donation, email info@chinabooksreview.com. As we are part of Asia Society, a 501(c)(3), your gift is tax-deductible in the U.S. and many other countries.
