China Books Review hosts regular in-person events (every two months or so) at Asia Society’s headquarters in New York, where our office is based.

For these book talks and panel discussions, we invite the biggest names in the field to share their insights on China and the Sinophone world, and to celebrate their recent publications while the book is hot off the press.

All talks are recorded, and videos are viewable in our archive of past events that we have hosted. Authors take audience questions and are available to sign books, which are on sale at the event.
