In addition to our reviews, we also maintain comprehensive lists of all books published about China or the Sinophone world. That is, we aspire to list every book relating to China that we find — over 600 a year, by our last count. Our definition of a “China book” is broad: any English-language title whose topic or setting is China or the Sinophone world (including Taiwan and the Chinese diaspora), as well as translated titles by sinophone authors.
